Security Officer (m/f/d) – Property Protection in Kassel

For a long-term security assignment in Kassel, we are currently putting together a permanent and reliable core team.
We are explicitly not just looking for personnel to fill shift slots, but for engaged and professional security officers (m/f/d) who take their profession seriously and want to take on responsibility.
The assignment operates on a 12-hour shift system at a demanding site with clear security, control, and documentation processes. Our expectations regarding reliability, appearance, and work approach are correspondingly high.

Your Responsibilities

Depending on the site-specific service instructions, your duties will include in particular:

  • Property and security checks
  • Regular patrols and rounds
  • Monitoring of security-relevant areas
  • Access and entry control
  • Exercising delegated property rights (Hausrecht)
  • Enforcing site rules and regulations
  • Approaching unauthorized or suspicious individuals
  • Assisting visitors and external contractors
  • Handling alarm and fault notifications
  • Initiating measures in the event of special incidents
  • Digital documentation of services performed
  • Preparing incident reports
  • Proper shift handovers

Control and documentation processes are carried out digitally at our company.

What You Bring

Mandatory requirement: Certificate of expertise under § 34a GewO (German Trade, Commerce and Industry Regulation Act)

In addition, we expect:

  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
  • A strong sense of responsibility
  • Assertiveness
  • At the same time, a calm and de-escalating manner

  • Willingness to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Careful documentation
  • Willingness to undergo site-specific training and continuing education

Professional experience in property, industrial, or security services is explicitly desired.
